We tried the medium side the first night which I think may have been a bit too soft, so turned it over for the firm side and it’s the most comfortable for us. Combined with the Emma mattress it’s the perfect mattress and topper combo.

Yes you can! Simply unzip and remove the cover of the Emma Mattress Flip Topper, then to wash it at no more than 60° to keep your topper fresh and ready for a good night's sleep.
If you prefer a softer feel, turn the Airgocell® layer facing up. This is the blue / purple foam of the mattress topper.
And if you want a slightly firmer feel, turn the HRX foam side up to provide you more support through the night. This is the gray / dark colored foam of your new mattress topper.
The Emma Mattress Flip Topper consistts of 2 kinds of foam: the Airgocell® foam and the HRX foam. The Airgocell® foam can be either blue or purple and it won't affet the topper's quality. Meanwhile, the HRX foam is gray or dark gray and its colors will not affect the topper's quality as well.
Unfortunately, we only offer the 100 night trial for our mattresses. But don't worry, your mattress topper is covered by our manufacturer's guarantee, where we will provide a free replacement for any defective products that you may receive.
